Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or purchasing products, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part, do not use our services.
Products & Services
- -DMA firmware: Custom firmware builds generated for your specific hardware configuration
- -Software subscriptions: Time-limited access to software products with downloadable files
- -Firmware subscriptions: Recurring access to firmware updates with product key delivery
- -Lifetime licenses: One-time purchase with perpetual access to specific firmware or software
License Terms
- -Licenses are non-transferable and bound to your account and hardware (HWID)
- -One hardware profile per account - you cannot use the same license on multiple machines simultaneously
- -Sharing, reselling, or distributing licenses or product keys is prohibited
- -Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying our firmware or software is prohibited
- -We may revoke licenses for violation of these terms without refund
Hardware Binding
Your license is bound to your hardware profile (HWID) generated from your system components. This binding is created when you first use our loader or software.
If you upgrade or change your hardware, contact support with proof of purchase to request a hardware reset. Excessive reset requests may be denied or require additional verification.
Payments & Refunds
- -All payments are processed in cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, SOL, BNB)
- -Prices are displayed in USD but paid in crypto at current exchange rates
- -All sales are final - no refunds for digital products once delivered or license activated
- -Underpaid transactions may be cancelled or require top-up payment
Firmware Builds
Build times vary depending on the product. Standard firmware builds are typically delivered promptly.
Private firmware builds are manually created with unique device configurations. Delivery for private builds is typically within 3 days on average, but cannot be guaranteed due to the custom nature of the work.
Prohibited Conduct
- -Sharing account credentials or license keys with others
- -Using automated tools to access our services or bypass rate limits
- -Attempting to circumvent hardware binding or license validation
- -Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or circumvent bans
- -Any activity that disrupts our services or infrastructure
Anti-Cheat & Warranty
Our firmware products are designed to work with various anti-cheat systems. However, we make no guarantees about detection status or future compatibility. Anti-cheat systems are constantly updated and a product working today may be detected in the future.
If you experience a ban while using our firmware within the specified warranty period, you may be eligible for a partial refund of the firmware cost only. Refunds do not cover any game bans, account suspensions, or other consequences - these remain your responsibility. Claims outside the warranty period are not eligible.
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for terms violations, suspected fraud, or abusive behavior. Terminated accounts lose access to all purchased products without refund.
You may request account deletion at any time through support. Deletion removes your account data and revokes all active licenses.
Limitation of Liability
Our products are provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from product use, including but not limited to game bans, account suspensions, or data loss.
Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted here and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
